研究领域: 

 

二维材料的可控制备、性质调控与功能应用研究。关注新型制备、调控方法,探索新奇物理性质,开展功能性应用研究。

1)二维关联电子材料的制备与调控,探索新的物理现象,理解新奇物理性质的内在机制;

2)新型二维半导体材料的生长制备,探索其在低功耗电子器件中的应用,如忆阻器、类神经突触晶体管等。
